Many are close enough to Castaway for you to explore including; Whitecastle, Grosmont, Raglan and more

Not a castle but majestic to visit AND hosting a pub in the cellar run by my sister … Llanthony Priory - and the best bit is this is walkable from Castaway

It’s like longer days & daylight hours had a voice - morning that started with birdsong, the frogs that crocked, a distant dog.. a church bell carrying…. Remember then

Water nearby, a stream or a mill or a river. It never felt like anything special at the time
