The GlenAllachie 1990 / 35-year-old Cask Strength showcases the rare use of Mizunara virgin oak, a prized Japanese wood sourced from 200-year-old trees. This is harmonised with the use of American virgin oak, Oloroso Sherry, and Pedro Ximénez Sherry. The resulting whisky creates a balanced symphony of flavours with warm spice, luscious dried fruit, creamy vanilla, and rich molasses.
