Meikle Tòir Single Cask Online Exclusive 3.0 is bottled at its natural cask strength of 65.8% ABV, with a peat level of 53 PPM.

Matured in a single Chinquapin virgin oak barrel, the resulting whisky is bursting with notes of dark chocolate, spiced orange, and warming honeycomb, all seamlessly brought together by an earthy, smoky character.

Among our sixteen warehouses is Warehouse 16, our traditional dunnage warehouse, where a selection of interesting and diverse casks rests quietly.

Here you can experience the art of maturation first-hand, sampling whiskies straight from the cask and discover how different wood types, ages and maturation styles shape the character of The GlenAllachie.

Introducing The GlenAllachie Sinteis Series Part IV: 2015 Mongolian Virgin Oak, Pedro Ximénez & Oloroso Sherry Cask Matured.

The fourth edition in this series, this expression was matured separately in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso Sherry casks, before being combined and completing its final maturation journey in Mongolian virgin oak - one of the most coveted and elusive wood types in premium whisky making.

The result is a richly layered profile of dark chocolate, baked orchard fruits, warm pastries and gentle warmth.

We proudly present this Sinteis bottling at cask strength 58.5%, natural colour and non-chilled filtered, showcasing the whisky in its purest form.
