Last week I passed my RNLI Beach Lifeguard course🎉

3 days of run tests, swim tests, first aid scenarios and bolting in and out of the sea saving people. Such an amazing course with great instructors. You need to swim 400m(16 lengths) in under 7m30s, I managed 7m06s which I am very happy with as I failed it a few years ago.
I am now nearly ready to offer a new multiple cave swim tour, just need to trial it on my guinea pigs next week....

🏊ANOTHER CRACKING SUNDAY!🔥
Yesterday we had 23 people join us for some dooking, sauna and cave swimming action. A day full of sun, fun and happy people🌞

We've had a great start to what will hopefully be an amazing year🤞

🌞TODAY WAS THE BEST!!😍
We had 16 guests enjoying the sauna in gorgeous weather and a fully booked brand new kayak tour that took 6 guests to explore the infamous Brandy cave + Gaylet Pot. We were treated to hot sunshine, a few Puffin flybys🐧 and a North Sea cook and dook.

This new kayak tour was very chilled and completely different to our full on adventure tour. We took it easy and enjoyed everything at a relaxed pace which was nice for a change. Loads of great birdlife, emerald water and 2 amazing caves. Then we topped it off with 45mins in the sauna and a few dooks😍

🎉BRAND NEW CAVE KAYAKING+SAUNA EXPERIENCE🎉
Fancy trialling it out this Saturday?

This new kayak tour starts and ends in Auchmithie and visits 2 massive caves that are not included on our standard tours. These infamous caves are called Brandy Cave and The Gaylet Pot (nearly 400ft long).
Even if you have been on a cave kayak tour with us before this would be totally different as we visit 2 brand new caves and you also have the chance of seeing Puffins from a distance (If they are here yet). We will finish off the kayak tour with a dip in the sea and a beach sauna😍

🌞A day of Sun bathing, Cliff jumps, Cave exploring and Smiles all round; Feels like summer is nearly here!😍

🎂We had 3 birthdays on today's tours and had 9 guests in total join us to experience the cliffs in stunning conditions. The 1st tour was a little wavey but everyone managed no bother at all.
📷This year I am going to be upping my photo/video game by taking out my drone on most tours.

The weekend tours for the spring/summer are starting to fill up so if you are keen for an adventure this year I would get booked in pretty soon.
