Lambing update 🐑

We’ve had a busy week out on the fields. We stagger our lambing throughout spring, so we’ve even had some new arrivals this week - including this cutie during our morning sheep checks!

Our older lambs are also growing fast and doing really well 🐑

About us! 🐑

Over the last couple of months, we have had thousands of new faces join us! So, we thought it would be a good time to share a little more about our huts 👋

We have three gorgeous shepherd’s huts available to book for staycations all-year-round, on our family farm in Kent (yes, even in winter!)

Located just over an hour away from London, our huts are ideal for those who wish to get back to nature. And what better way to do just that, than staying within a real sheep pasture, surrounded by ewes and lambs? 🐑

The Lookerer and the Rumwold are our two original huts, which both sleep two and have en-suite private bathrooms, double beds and kitchenettes.

Our newer hut, The Romney, can sleep a small family of three or four, with the addition of a small bunk bed. It also has the added benefit of an outdoor bathtub overlooking the sunset across the marsh 🌅

Our huts have been beautifully decorated, with some furnishings made from the wool of our very own sheep.

There’s plenty to see and do here around Kent - including alpaca trekking, town exploring and luscious beach walks.

Meet our latest arrivals 🥹

We’ve had so many people ask if you can still feed the lambs this coming month, and the answer is YES! In fact, lamb cuddles and feeding often continues well into late June (sometimes even early July!) 🥰

We are still lambing throughout May, too! 🐑 We farm over 1,000 ewes on our farm in the Romney Marsh, and so even after spring, there are usually plenty of opportunities for lamb cuddles and feeding.

Going into summer, too, our lambs live in the fields 🍃

We’ve had a few people ask when bottle feeding is available - and we wanted to confirm that this doesn’t just happen in April! For people visiting in May or June, you will also be able to cuddle and bottle feed the lambs 🐑
