Imagine a beautiful autumnal walk across the wild moor to an ancient stone circle, with some Qi Gong and space for you along the way, and then back to a sheltered, wooded river for an invigorating dip before warming up in seconds in a mobile sauna less than 50 metres away! All with big-hearted company.

Paul & Kate are teaming up with Josh & Eva of Matchbox Sauna to bring you this new Self~Nature Connection experience on Sunday 9th November.

As well as the deep wellbeing benefits of our existing Dartmoor wanders (see https://www.soulwarriors.net/testimonials ), having a sauna on hand at the end of our walk, right by the river, will give you a unique opportunity to have a go at wild dipping/swimming, knowing that you then have the best possible way on the planet to instantly warm up!

We'll have Matchbox Sauna fired up and ready to go for an hour (3.30 - 4.30) which will also give you the opportunity to try the Finnish tradition of 'contrast bathing' (alternating sauna and cold dips), which promotes circulation, reduces inflammation and stiffness and aids all round rejuvenation.

🐾 We're pleased to announce that we're extending access for dog walkers on our dog friendly days to allocated outdoor tables on our Garden Restaurant terraces and outdoor tables at the Wisteria Tea Rooms. The toilets near the Tea Rooms will also be available for dog walkers. Dogs are permitted to cross the Stream Field lawns for access to benches and we will be increasing the availability of watering points and bins throughout the garden.
