Did you know roughly 13 million tyres are discarded in South Africa every year?

Uthando South Africa — meaning love in isiZulu — is one of Mahlatini’s long-standing charity partners, pouring exactly that into their community through grassroots projects like Goal50 ECD Centre.

Goal50 is being built from 5,000 repurposed tyres, 12,000 plastic bottles, and other reclaimed materials. In communities like Heideveld, Cape Town, where quality early childhood education is scarce, this centre will provide 300–500 children a year with a safe space to learn, grow, and thrive.

In a world that rarely slows down, there is something quietly extraordinary about drifting above the African savanna with nothing but stillness around you.
