As promised BelfastLad taxi tours have now evolved into the Black Taxi Political and Peace Tourism tours. We have monitored the market in 2026 and have decided that our 2026-27 focus must be on our unique selling points, that we have academics, authors and former combatants delivering 95% of our tours this year. So although we will make the odd guest appearance on the North Coast this year we will handing that aspect of our tours to a colleague John Robbin who runs Craic-in-Tour and also Mark. So it's goodbye to my Merc and hello to Bertha the Big Black Taxi! We are evolving into a new market this week and saying goodbye to one of our first tour experiences simply because the market is changing and we always respond to market influences. We have been carefully monitoring our Key Marketing Persona's and are moving our marketing push to match the trends. It means we are fundamentally changing our systems too to meet the predicted market trends in Autumn/Winter 2026 into 2027/28. It will mean more work for some of our guiding team on the North Coast as we pass the work to them as we always look after our partners and associates.
