🍂 It’s the First Monday of November! 😮

But there’s still plenty of activity here at Elm Bank Coastal Park, as we welcome new owners and prepare for an exciting 2027 season! 🌊🏡

🧱 This week will see the stonework completed on our new Owners Enquiry Centre — another exciting milestone in our continued investment in the park.

🚜 Mathew Butler and his team are continuing to redevelop pitch locations, ready for new holiday homes and decking to be installed.

🛠️ Our workshop is having a thorough clear-out and being organised for a busy winter ahead as we put our plans for the 2027 season into action.

🔑 Meanwhile, holiday homes are being prepared for handover this weekend, with excited new families getting ready to join our lovely park community!
