Owners at Haven Haggerston Castle

We would like to let you know that at some point during the week commencing 21st September, our Drain Down and Reconnection Booking Service will go live on your Owners’ Web Page.

This year, we were keen to make sure you had the dates you need to make informed decisions when booking these services.

Whilst we are still waiting for official confirmation of our closing and reopening dates, we believe the following dates are the ones to work towards:

January Closure – from 12pm on Monday 4th January

Please remember that after this time, visits to the park will be for daylight visits only. Overnight stays will not be permitted.

Park Reopening – from 9am on Saturday 27th February

Please also remember that, to be covered by most insurance policies, you must switch off your stopcock between 31st October and 1st March if your holiday home is unoccupied.

We hope this information helps you with your planning. We don't have an exact date for the service going live just yet, but please keep an eye out for further communication in the week mentioned above.

We're pleased to let you know that your park has been selected to take part in a trial of a new 10-month Direct Debit payment option for 2027 site fees.

This trial is part of our ongoing commitment to exploring ways to provide more flexibility for owners. We'll share further details over the coming months.

I don’t know if you all know yet, but… I’M GOING HOME! 🏡😝😂
But don’t panic! 🚨😂 I won’t be gone for long. I’m just heading home for a little rest after what has been a very busy peak season! 💪😴
It’s time to recharge the batteries 🔋, get some well-deserved rest 🛌☕ and come back ready for the rest of the season… because we’ve still got loads of exciting events and activities coming up! 🎉🎶🎤🎭
