You might recognise the owners! 👀📺

Before creating Rock Vale Retreat, owners Jess & Chris took on another property adventure — renovating their own home for BBC One’s Homes Under the Hammer.

But the renovation wasn’t the only memorable part… Chris surprised Jess by proposing at the end of the programme 💍🤍

The moment went on to be featured by OK! Magazine, The Mirror, The Sun, Daily Express and WalesOnline — something we actually had no idea about until recently! 😂

Our love of transforming properties didn’t stop there. It eventually led to creating Rock Vale Retreat — our little Shropshire hideaway designed for guests to slow down, switch off and enjoy some time together. 🌿🫧🔥

After many successful years running my own Airbnb, becoming a Superhost and welcoming hundreds of guests, I’ve decided to turn that experience into the next chapter of my property journey. 🏡

I’m so excited to officially introduce JL Stays – Short-Let Management & Co-Hosting.

JL Stays has been created to help property owners and investors get more from their short-lets, without the constant day-to-day pressure of managing them.

From setting up a brand-new short-let to managing an established listing, I can take care of guest communication, bookings, pricing, calendars, listing optimisation, reviews and coordinating cleaners and maintenance teams.

I can also help owners looking to advertise their properties across multiple booking platforms, not just Airbnb.

Whether you already own a short-let, are considering setting one up, or are building a property portfolio and simply don’t have the time to manage it yourself, I’d love to have a chat.
