Got that Friday feeling π
You arrive late afternoon, winding through the Somerset countryside before turning into Lydeard Farm. Within 20 minutes from the motorway, it becomes clear: this place is properly off-grid.
The lodges are nestled in their own secluded valley, surrounded by 70 acres of countryside β and for the entire weekend, itβs exclusively yours.
No other guests. No crowds. Just your group.
After a warm welcome from your hosts Sarah & Kieran, you settle into your lodge β simple, comfortable, and designed for groups. Think bunk rooms for laughter-filled nights, flexible layouts for families or friends, and everything you need without unnecessary fuss.
As evening sets in, everyone gathers at the Bush Camp Shelter β a shared indoor space with a fully equipped kitchen, long dining tables, and a log burner for that cosy, communal feel.
Dinner is whatever you make it: a big group meal, a relaxed buffet, or even a catered feast if youβve arranged it.
Then comes the highlight β the outdoor BBQ and campfire. As the stars come out, stories get shared, drinks are poured, and the pace of life slows right down.
