It's time to swap sea shells for jingle bells as Bridlington gets a festive makeover this summer. That's right, Bridmas Day is back on Wednesday 6th August!

🎭 This year’s Bridlington Spa pantomime dame, Joe Standerline, from the upcoming production of Dick Whittington, will be making an appearance, greeting guests and getting them into the festive spirit.

🎩 Enjoy festive treats, a Christmas magic show and free face painting at Sewerby Hall and Gardens
🏖️ Try some festive themed beach sports
🎄 Explore a Christmas-themed daytime market on King Street
🎅 Enjoy a magical visit from Santa’s sleigh and elves, perfect for selfies.
🎤 The entire day will be broadcast live from the seafront by This Is The Coast Radio, with festive tunes, interviews, and live competitions throughout the day.

Race the Waves 2026 - save the dates! 🏁

Race the Waves is officially set for 11th to 13th September 2026 in Bridlington.

Dates for next year's Race the Waves get yourself booked in for accommodation this year attracted fantastic crowds again. Was so much going on WSW Events fantastic steam punk event. We need these events back and fill the town.
