Fabulous day for race the waves & the food festival, but took me 55 mins to get to site from John Bull, roads are gridlocked 🚙 🚗 🏍️ 🚌 🚙 🚗 🏍️ 🚌 safe to say I won’t be driving anywhere soon 😂

Busters happy he’s found some shade 🐾
and I’m happy I’ve done the changeover & having a glass of wine 🍷 cheers

This weekend is the very exciting Race the Waves event which will be taking place on our South side Promenade/Beach.

‼️ There will be NO South side Land Train service on Saturday 14th June or Sunday 15th June 2025 ‼️

🚂 North side Land Trains will be running as normal 🚂

Just a heads up if any of our guests are having any TV issues, it’s totally out of my control 😊

Television transmission disruption 📡

You may be experiencing flickering or black screens on your TV. This disruption is due to engineering works carrying out necessary work to allow transmitters to continue reliable broadcasting.

There are several areas in the UK who will have some sort of disruption, Yorkshire is one of the regions.

Reception will be restored as soon as the engineering work is completed in a few days.

As we had an empty chalet for a couple of nights, we thought we’d make the most of the beautiful weather & take our youngest grandson to the seaside, shame we had to come home ☀️☀️
