Take a closer look at one of our houses. This beautiful, light and open Victorian terraced home with modern interior design and a North- facing garden is a popular choice among our guests. Close to the University, Kettle’s Yard, and a short 10-minute walk to the river and into town. Numerous local restaurants and a few minutes from the nearest convenience store. Road access to and from the house is excellent.

If it happened so, that you got this post into your feed and wondered: “What in the world is Yome?” Then, prepare for the acquaintance, because we aim to become the future of housing and you are welcome to join us in our journey.

Yome stands for Your Home and we want the world to be Yome. Now you get it? Not yet? Okay, then bear with us for a few more minutes.

The philosophy of Yome is about being mobile, being accessible. We live in a time where people can travel the world more freely. We are allowed to stay in homes all over the world for a few days, weeks, or even months. Home-mobile life is something that we think and want to be our future. People should be able to decide that if they’re working from home, they can work from literally any home in the world. They can go anywhere and everywhere should be accessible to them. Especially after the lockdown, some people have realized that they enjoy working from home and can achieve a lot. If there are people that can do so, then why do they have to be stuck in one place? Why can’t they go somewhere beautiful for a few months and then go somewhere else?

We definitely want to facilitate the home experience for people all over the world and we are starting from the magical city of Cambridge in the UK.
