𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲: 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗨𝗦𝗔 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 ℹ 🇺🇸
We would like to make you aware of a new travel requirement for passengers travelling to or via the USA, effective 04 November 2026.
The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has introduced a temporary travel requirement to help reduce the risk of Ebola entering the United States.
Passengers are required to complete an Attestation Form within 72 hours of departure, confirming whether they have been in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) during the previous 21 days.
Please ensure that any customers travelling to or via the USA are made aware of this requirement. Customers should be directed to the website of the airline operating their journey to the USA, where they can find information on how to complete the required attestation. The airline will submit the relevant information prior to departure. In some cases, airlines may collect this information directly from passengers at check-in.
Customers who have visited South Sudan or Uganda during the same period should also be advised to review the latest information on the CDC website, as additional entry requirements may apply.
We recommend that customers allow sufficient time to complete any necessary requirements ahead of travel and continue to check their airline’s guidance for any updates.
Thank you for your continued support and for ensuring your customers are made aware of these requirements.
