For the third year running, I’ve made my annual pilgrimage to 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐛𝐲 𝐀𝐧𝐲𝐚 𝐇𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐢𝐧 𝐋𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐧. 🍦

Today’s tasting menu included:

🤔 Paxo Stuffing Ice Cream
🤔 Oxo Cube Ice Cream
😋 Aunt Bessie’s Yorkshire Pudding Ice Cream
😋 Walker’s Shortbread Ice Cream

I can confirm that Yorkshire Pudding and Shortbread were genuinely delicious.

The Oxo Cube? Let’s just say some things should stay in the cupboard.

The biggest surprise was the Paxo Sage & Onion Stuffing. I was fully expecting it to be awful, but it was actually rather good!

Tonight we’re off to see My Neighbour Totoro in London, so it’s turning into one of those wonderfully random days that travel is all about.

One of the biggest misconceptions I hear is:

This one has been a little different.

A father in England and his son in Australia are preparing for a trip of a lifetime to experience the FIFA World Cup 2026 across the USA and Mexico.

What sounds simple on paper quickly becomes more complicated when you're coordinating travellers from different continents, multiple destinations and a schedule involving 11 flights.

We've worked together monitoring prices, exploring routing options and making sure everything lined up exactly as it should.

The flights have now been ticketed and the excitement is starting to feel very real.

But this trip is about much more than flights.

It's about a father and son sharing a passion for football, spending time together and creating memories that will last long after the final whistle.
