I always think you should take a day, away from the pool/beach to explore your holiday destination.
In IBIZA, I recommend a) hiring a car for a couple of days and b) spending an afternoon in Ibiza Town.
Beautiful architecture, impressive Dalt Vila (the fortress), fantastic shops, lots of cool bars…
You can sense the vibe & proud history of the island. Same can be said for Lindos in Rhodes, Corfu Town, Dubrovnik…
Today we walked all the way ‘up to the top’, to the cathedral which I haven’t done in years!
