This is impressive, our owners are delighted! 💥💥💥
Friday was a fantastic day for Rework when our hard work securing these bookings paid off and the money landed in our client account.

The balance payment for the first month of a 4+ month booking arrived. Guys arrive today from Italy to work here. They are staying in some of our more “holiday let” type properties. They go home for 2 weeks at Easter meaning we can achieve the high demand rates for those 2 weeks. They are then back for a few weeks after Easter until their contact is completed. The summer will then be in full swing with high nightly rates in these properties.

The second payment is for an initial 5 month booking which will likely extend to 12 months. These guys from Greece arrive Wednesday are working on site and staying in some of our contractor houses. These large houses have been set up with double beds and TVs in each bedroom, plenty of bathrooms and unrestricted parking so suit the customer profile perfectly.

The majority of our smaller one bed and studio apartments are currently busy Sunday / Monday - Thursday / Friday with corporate clients we have relationships with and leisure guests at the weekends.

Filling the winter months is key to having a profitable year.

Having the right properties to house these kind of bookings, knowing how to and who to market them to and the correct calendar management strategy means our owners are set up for an exciting year.

A Special Milestone for Rework Accommodation!

This is the first property to go live since Jack and Matt joined Rework Accommodation, so it’s a particularly special one for us.

The story behind this property is just as exciting. The owner is jetting off to warmer climates this Thursday! While he doesn’t need the property himself, he had no plans to sell it either. Instead, he’s entrusted us to manage it—and we’re thrilled to take it on.

Over the past few weeks, he’s been putting the finishing touches on the property, and honestly, it looks incredible. We’re so excited to see the first booking come through and can’t wait to welcome guests.

The one you probably already know and love – the driving force who built this business from the ground up! 💪

With a rock-solid background in hospitality since 1995 owning and managing hotels and restaurants, Cary is all about making sure guests feel right at home and that property owners are fully supported. 🏠💼

✨ A Bit of Her Story:
15 years ago Cary was a freelance business consultant to independently owned hotels and restaurants, helping improve bookings and guest experience through better systems and processes and staff training. One day, about 7 years ago she was asked to manage a small property on a short-term let basis. And well... the rest is history! 📖💫

Since then, Cary has taken things from strength to strength, creating a business grounded in top-notch service for property owners and guests alike. 🤝✨

One of the things we’re most proud of - Reviews like this! Every time we hear that a guest had an amazing stay, it reminds us why we do what we do. It’s the standard we hold for every property, whether it’s a holiday let or a contractor stay. Everyone deserves that 5-star service! 🌟

Well, here’s the thing – I was busy celebrating my 10-year wedding anniversary and somehow lost track of time! 😂 Since joining, I’ve been the one behind the marketing and social media side of the business, making sure we stay connected with you all.
