The ottoman i ordered never arrived :/ so I have just ordered a different one but please please do not sit on it as its for storage use only of the bedding and as tempting as it is, its not strong enough for a sitting on. Thank you ♡

Our privately owned, fully equipped holiday home located on Haven The Orchards Holiday Park is perfect for a relaxing coastal escape or an action-packed family holiday. Our caravan offers homely comforts, including a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable, beautifully living area, lots of extras like Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Toilet Rolls and much more plus we have a private outdoor decking and patio area all overlooking a large lawn area perfect for children to play on. We take great pride in our caravan to make it perfect not just for ourselves but for you as our guests and its professionally cleaned before every single check-in to ensure a spotless stay with all beds made freshly on your arrival. You will have exclusive access to the entire caravan and its private decking also the private parking that is directly infront of our caravan and also down the side but thats only in summer months as its on the lawn area. Check-in is completely contactless via a secure key lockbox and code will be given to you the day before your arrival and its found on the side decking giving you access for your check-in time of 2pm. PLEASE NOTE: Sorry but Haven Play Passes are NOT included, these have to be brought directly from Haven which you can do from the email you will receive from Haven confirming your stay once I have booked you in through our Haven owners hub. ♡ From our own past experience's of holiday renting in owners caravans we know some don't provide most if any of these item's but we do, for the whole of your stay!

♡ Nescafe Coffee
♡ Sugar
♡ Toilet Rolls
♡ Kitchen Rolls
♡ Washing Up Liquid
♡ Bin Bags
♡ Cleaning Products
♡ T-Towels
♡ Hand Soap
♡ Hand Towels

♡ All beds will be made freshly on your arrival but if you wish to use the lounge pull out double sofa bed you will need to bring your own bedding please ~ pillows + pillow cases, duvet + duvet cover + bottom sheet as we just don't have the extra available space to store more bedding as the pull out bed is not used that often.
