Elite Travel Group - The Friendly Consortium

Tonight’s social networking event was Big Birmingham Bake and it was fabulous 🧁

Free to its members, great suppliers, great food, and even better its members.

Proud to be part of a consortium that invests in its agents like this.

Already looking forward to the next one!

Jet fuel prices and availability - what travellers need to know

There is a lot in the news right now about jet fuel prices, the availability of jet fuel and what this may mean for holidays, following the conflict in the Middle East.

Here is ABTA's advice.

LEGAL GUIDANCE – MIDDLE EAST CONFLICT AND ASSOCIATED TRAVEL DISRUPTION

With the ongoing situation in the Middle East we know many members are looking for clarity around their legal responsibilities, particularly when it comes to customer communications, cancellations, and itinerary changes.

We have legal guidance notes on members’ responsibilities if the FCDO changes its advice to “all but essential travel” to the whole of a country or island and also resort or area.

We also feature frequently asked questions around your legal responsibilities and where to find additional information. This includes what the obligations on package organisers are in respect of clients waiting to return home.

All resources are available in the Member Zone: https://www.abta.com/member-zone/running-your-business/middle-east-guidance-abta-members

As always if you have any questions, please contact The Members Support Line on 020 3117 0597, we're here to help, it's what we do!
