Planning on making use of our FREE vintage shuttle bus service to get you to and from the Kent Miners' Festival? You can find the timetables here. Please note that due to the age of the buses they are unfortunately not accessible for wheelchairs. The Kent Miners' Festival 10.30am-4pm Sunday 23rd August, Betteshanger Park, Deal.

Kent Mining Museum is situated in Betteshanger Park, the site of an old colliery. The museum tells the story of the Kent Coalfields.
