All on this week in Dunoon as well as Kirn Gala at the dunoon grammar school in Wednesday evening .

The Cowal Fringe Festival supports the weekend of the Cowal Highland Gathering known locally as the Cowal Games. If you are visiting Dunoon for the games weekend join in the events running in town.

Thursday 29th August, 7:30pm - The Sunset Ceremony
Saturday 31st August, 10am-3pm - Outdoor market
Saturday 31st August, 5:30pm onwards - Live music at the bandstand
All events can be found in town at Argyll Gardens and are free to attend.

As we leave July behind here's a wee reminder of our events coming up in August. It's a jam packed month!

Saturday 3rd August - Dunoon 10k Coastal Road Race
Come along and support the competitors on this cracking sold out road race starting at West Bay.

Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th August - Doon The Watter Revival festival. Tickets are available to buy online or locally from Coast Coffee . Watch out on their FB page for stage times soon.

Thursday 29th August - Traditional local event the Sunset Ceremony held in Argyll Gardens as part of the Cowal Fringe Festival as we begin the Cowal Games weekend.

Saturday 31st August - on 'Cowal Games Saturday' we continue the Cowal Fringe Festival with our ever popular outdoor market plus evening entertainment before the fireworks both held in Argyll Gardens as part of the Cowal Fringe Festival.
