🏡 It was only meant to be a bit of extra income…

Alan was working in the motor trade when the opportunity came up to buy his grandfather’s neighbour’s property.

The plan was to make some additional income alongside his job.

But he quickly realised how much cash flow one property could generate and that there was potential for it to become a full-time income.

One property led to another, and eventually Soltire Stays was born. 🏡

And that’s where it all started 👀

Our Co-Founder Alan and Marketing & Social Media Manager Shelby attended last night’s Paisley Property Connections event, and what a great evening it was!

Alan was one of the speakers on the night, sharing his experience and knowledge of the short-term let industry, and we’re proud of how well he did. 👏

It was also a brilliant opportunity to meet so many people in the property industry, make some great new connections and hear Angela’s story. She was a fantastic host and made everyone feel so welcome.

We’ll definitely be back and hopefully attending plenty more property events like this in the future!
