Airline Disruption UK ✈️

National Air Traffic Services (NATS) across the UK experienced issues with its “flight processing system”.

Our Head Office and Travel Trade Operations teams are working hard to secure the best possible alternative arrangements for guests affected by the airline disruption.

***National Air Traffic Services (NATS) reported that the glitch has been resolved but warned that delays are expected to continue as it tries to “clear a backlog of flights”.

When Dolly Parton was asked how she would prefer to be remembered, she invariably answered as a songwriter. “You’re putting something in the world that wasn’t there yesterday and which you hope people are still going to be singing after you’ve gone,” she said.

Her compositions such as Jolene, 9 to 5, Heartbreaker and, above all, I Will Always Love You, will surely be sung as long as popular music exists. But she was also an outstanding performer who crossed easily from country music to the pop charts, a star of film and television, a larger-than-life celebrity and an astute businesswoman who ran her own “Dollywood” theme park dedicated to propagating the Parton legend.

She liked to crack wise about her full-bosomed blonde image. “I’m not offended by the dumb blonde jokes,” she said, “because I know I’m not dumb, and I’m not blonde either.” And: “It’s a good thing I was born a girl, otherwise I’d be a drag queen.”
