We're looking for an Operations Assistant to join our small, friendly team here in Mawnan Smith.

This is a part-time role (Fridays and Saturdays, with some on-call weekends through the summer season), and it's a brilliant fit for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer service. You'll be conducting property inspections, communicating with guests and clients, assisting with the coordination of housekeeping, and responding to emergency situations outside of our office hours.
