Filey was looking beautiful today in the sunshine. The tarmac is nearly finished on Blue Anchor Road. This will make a big difference for the following beach houses, making them more accessible - better than the sleepers that were there before:

Just awaiting a top coat now - Blue Bay, Salty Dog, The Blue Anchor, Sea Urchins beach house, Seashell Cove,

Already finished - Blue Moon, Luna Azul, Skylark.

Property of the Day - Rosie's Beach House

This stunner is a relative newcomer to Filey Bay Direct, but has an average 5.0 out of 5 for reviews - top of our league :-) Why not try this beach house to find out why everyone loves it.

Sleeps 4 plus baby plus up to 2 dogs. Log burner, parking and more.

This house is a real credit to the owners Gemma and family and to Brian and team at Bespoke cleaning solutions Yorkshire Ltd.

Phew, what a summer! We've been back to back with bookings, and now finally a bit of breathing space to take stock.

Firstly, thanks to our wonderful cleaning teams - and thanks to all the guests who gave us 5 stars for cleaning - and as a thank-you I will be giving £5 per 5 star over the last month, so £800 in bonuses for our cleaners - you all deserve it!

Secondly, thanks to Dawn Fowler for all the checks, maintenance, guest support and more.

And finally, thanks to all our trades who came at short notice to fix beds, sort electrical and boiler problems and more. We can't do this without you too.

We've some great prices coming up this Autumn, and some October half-term and Christmas/New Year availability, so do take a look at our new design website for prices and options. Just put your arrival and departure dates in and see what we have.
