Wow, I went to check over Alana Bay which comes over to Filey Bay Direct next week, and was treated to the resident Barn Owl just behind it on the meadows! Shame I didn’t get a photo or video but I was so shocked I wasn’t ready!

This lodge is perfect for those with young children or dogs as the large front deck is totally enclosed and has a view over to the lake too 🙂

If you are looking for something with 3 bedrooms all with their own ensuite bathroom -look no further than our 3 bedroom lodges at The Bay.

The 2 double bedrooms have an ensuite wet room, and the twin bedroom has an ensuite bathroom*. All bedrooms have patio doors onto the front or rear decks with seating.

Parking for 2 cars and more spaces nearby too.

Prospect and Seahorse Lodge also have a ramp access so might suit some with mobility issues.

Our 3 bedroom cottages offer affordable spacious accommodation for 6 or 7 people and are always popular especially during school holidays. Each has its own USP and all are dog-friendly too:

Caramel Cottage - sleeps 6 - has a separate lounge with log burner and a spacious outside space

Norman's Nook - sleeps 6 - our only 3 bedroom cottage with a downstairs bedroom - perfect if anyone struggles with stairs

Pebble Place - sleeps 6 - has a separate lounge - close to amenities

Puffin's Nest and Anchors Away - both sleep 7 - 2 doubles and a triple bedroom with bunks and a single bed - south-facing gardens close to amenities and the meadows
