When things don’t go to plan, you can rest assured that I’m on it, with the support of my team if needed, to find the best possible solution for my clients.

What may seem like a simple fix can sometimes take hours or even days to resolve. This weekend has been one of those times, with me tied to my phone and computer until everything was sorted.

You don’t always get to see what goes on behind the scenes, but being there for my clients when they need me most is what matters. There are no “sorry, it’s the weekend” moments here.

After 3 very hectic but thoroughly enjoyable days in Crete at the Designer Travel Conference, I decided that today would be a pyjama day spent in my office catching up on all my enquiries.

I was very surprised to receive a lovely package today from one of my suppliers. It’s always such a nice feeling to be recognised and appreciated, and gestures like this really do mean a lot.

A huge thank you for your thoughtfulness – it certainly brightened my day and was a wonderful surprise to come home to after a busy few days away.
