I’m out of the office today and tomorrow as I’m heading off to Coventry for our annual Designer Festival!

One of the most important pieces of advice I give my clients is to arrange suitable travel insurance 𝗮𝘀 𝘀𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆.

Why? Because your insurance can provide cover for cancellation from the time you book – not just while you are away.

And there are a couple of really important things to remember:

𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿
Holiday cancellation charges can increase as your departure date approaches. Make sure the cancellation cover on your policy is enough to cover the full value of your holiday.

𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝘂𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱
This is 𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧.

If your health changes after taking out your policy – for example, you receive a new diagnosis, start taking new medication, have an operation or your existing condition changes – you must check with your insurer whether this needs to be declared.
