Want to stay where I stayed? I honestly can’t recommend Sani Beach enough. It was just perfect!

🌍 C IS FOR THE COUNTRIES I LOVE! 🌍

Day 3 of my A–Z of countries I have visited and loved.

Three more destinations, all very different, but each with something that makes me want to go back!

🇭🇷 CROATIA

What a gem!

I was lucky enough to live close enough in Italy to visit Croatia for the day, sometimes even just popping over for lunch!

Since then, I’ve been back to Dubrovnik, but there is so much more I want to explore. I think a yacht cruise would be the perfect way to discover more of this beautiful coastline and its islands. Definitely one for the wish list!

🇨🇾 CYPRUS

Somewhere I have visited many times and somewhere that feels very much like home.

I love the people, the food, the history and that wonderful Mediterranean atmosphere. Whether it’s relaxing on the beach, exploring little villages or enjoying a long leisurely lunch, Cyprus has so much to offer.

A destination I will always happily return to.

What a country!

When I first visited Vancouver, I immediately fell in love with it. In fact, I remember thinking I could quite happily live there!

Such an incredible country, with spectacular scenery, beautiful cities and so much to discover. I only scratched the surface and would absolutely love to return and explore more.

Day 2 of my A–Z of countries I’ve visited and loved.

Three very different destinations, but each with a special place in my travel memories.

🇧🇲 BERMUDA

One of the prettiest islands I have ever visited. Those beautiful pink sand beaches, pastel-coloured houses with their distinctive white roofs… Bermuda really is something special. Absolutely stunning and somewhere I would happily return to.

🇧🇧 BARBADOS

My very first Caribbean island, back in 1976, and one that will always hold a special place in my heart.

I still remember seeing my first palm tree! Those gorgeous beaches, wonderful food and lovely people make Barbados such a special destination.

Exploring the island in a Mini Moke was great fun too. I’ve been back several times since, and it never loses its magic.

🇧🇸 THE BAHAMAS

So many beautiful islands to discover, with some of the most incredible beaches you could wish for.

While the main islands are lovely, it’s the smaller, quieter islands that really steal my heart. Turquoise waters, powder-soft sand and that feeling of being somewhere truly special. Paradise!
