Throw back to our very own enjoying her first ever true Texas BBQ experience, courtesy of .

Recently awarded a Top 10 position in the Top 50 and we can completely see why. The meat was cooked to perfection and unbelievably flavoursome, but what made this meal one of our favourites was the sides... Corn break souffle, fried sprouts in sweet chilli sauce and the pickles 🤤... All we can say is inspired 😍

With over 7 years in the travel industry, she ensures every tour or tailormade package runs smoothly. Katie works tirelessly behind the scenes to coordinate with our agents and suppliers, making sure every detail is perfect for our clients for both Your Endless Travel and BBQ Travel Club.

Her expertise in managing operations for major international events and leading tours across the globe, including Australia, India, and Europe, is invaluable.

These remarkable eateries, rooted in the Texas heartland, have just put American-style barbecue on the global culinary map by earning the coveted Michelin star. Austin, home to all four of these phenomenal establishments, saw each receive their acclaim at the Michelin Guide's premier Texas awards ceremony. Let's not forget the 24 other barbecue restaurants that were acknowledged in various categories including Michelin recommendations and Bib Gourmand.
