This investment strengthens our presence in one of the world’s largest outbound travel markets and supports our ambition for continued international growth. TTAND has grown rapidly over the past decade, earning an outstanding reputation for customer care, agent engagement and industry-leading performance.
TTAND will continue to operate independently under its own brand and leadership team, led by founder and CEO Flemming Friisdahl. Both businesses remain distinct, while benefiting over time from shared insight, complementary strengths and a broader international footprint.
In the future, TTAND’s agents will also have the opportunity to access elements of Travel Counsellors’ proprietary technology platform - including Phenix and TC Co-Pilot - supporting increased efficiency and enhanced personalisation for their agents and customers.
