The great seat debate.

Some people won't fly without pre-booking their seats. Others refuse to pay extra on principle. I get both sides.

But if you're travelling with family and haven't booked seats, here are my two tips:

Tip one: Check in the moment online check-in opens. Set an alarm. Be ready. If you're in within the first ten minutes, you've got the best chance of grabbing seats together — without paying a penny extra.

Tip two: Get yourself a really good Personal Travel Consultant who'll do all of this for you. I set reminders for my clients and handle their check-in so they don't have to think about it. One less thing to worry about.

That's the difference between booking online and booking with someone who actually cares about your trip. ✈️

Most people can remember the details of a trip where everything looked great on paper, but something just felt slightly off. The hotel was highly rated, the destination was trending, but it didn't quite hit the mark.

That usually happens when a holiday is chosen based on popularity rather than fit.

When my clients look back on their most memorable trips, it’s rarely because they ticked off a famous landmark. It’s almost always because the experience actually matched how they wanted to feel while they were away.
