The Elmfield is a big self catering villa on the edge of Ilfracombe North Devon. The house comes with a year round heated indoor swimming pool and a large terraced garden with summer house. Within the house are 9 ensuite bedrooms all individually styled and sleeping a maximum of 20. There is a large semi commercial kitchen perfect for sociable cooking, a huge dining room where 20 can sit all together. Next to the dining room is a cosy cocktail bar set up with fridges, glasses and cocktail books for inspiration - you just need to bring your drinks. The lounge has a big screen and plenty of sofa space with an adjoining play room with table football and a dartboard. There is plenty of parking - with 10 marked bays in our off street car park. Just off the coastal path the house is surrounding by stunning coastal scenery and a short 10 minute walk into Ilfracombe harbour are excellent restaurants and pubs.

The beaches get quieter, the coastal paths a little more peaceful, and there’s still plenty of time to get outside and enjoy the sea air.

Then it’s back to The Elmfield to warm up, settle in and spend the evening together.
