Shona MacLean was born in Inverness and brought up in Lochaber and Ross-Shire. She has PhD in History from the University of Aberdeen and is the author of twelve historical novels. She has twice won the CWA Historical Dagger for books in her 'Damian Seeker' series, and her standalone Jacobite novel, The Bookseller of Inverness was Waterstones Scottish Book of the Year 2023. She lives in Conon Bridge.

Lost Witness plays his first Inver90's at Inverness Ice Centre after being huge hit at the recent Inverness Goes Large event!

New kid on the blok Levi Heron who rose to fame after his remix of the Glen went viral in 2025 will be taking his unique sound to Inver90s and will perform a 90s set.

Tickets for Inver90s go on sale tomorrow morning at 8am.
