Great disappointment Ardrossan's very own Billy Gilmour won't be taking to the pitch but here's hoping he'll get his chance in the future!

The whole town of Largs including Magnus the Viking was supporting the fantastic effort by Largs Thistle Football Club to come so close in yesterday's Scottish Communities Cup Final!

Well done to the winners Auchinleck Talbot FC - a great showing from Ayrshire! 🏆

Largs Viewpoint offers stunning views over the town, the Firth of Clyde, and the surrounding islands 😍

The beautiful spot is reachable either by the short hill walk from the car park on the Haylie Brae, or the longer, steeper route via the charming Douglas Park.

The area is dog-friendly so you can bring your furry friends along for the experience! 🐶
