We were meant to board in Basel, but with the river levels running high, our adventure began in Breisach instead – and what a charming place to start. 🚍➡️🚢

I’m sailing with Uniworld – one of their older ships, but the five-star service more than makes up for it. I book Uniworld often for my clients, and it’s easy to see why I always hear such great things about their food, crew, and attention to detail. 🍷🍽️✨

We’ve already met some wonderful fellow travellers (lots of Americans, Australians, and Brits on board) and are enjoying the friendly atmosphere. 💫

The excursions are all included, with activity levels clearly marked, which has made it so simple to choose experiences that work perfectly for Mum too. 🥰
