Great garden which was amazing for our dog and totally secure. Loved the gifts for our dog too. Lovely touch. The new sofa in the living room was very cosy. Beds were so comfy. Staff in Keswick Cottages were extremely helpful.”

Well, hello November! 🍁🍂
The sun’s having a lie in this morning but hopefully we’ve got another cracking day like yesterday in store! 😎☀️

Wow, just 8 weeks ‘til Christmas!🎄✨

Our lovely little town is just magical at Christmas time. You could be out on the fells 🥾 during the day, then back to a nice cosy cottage for a soak in the bath 🛁, a quick change and out for dinner and drinks to one of the many fabulous pubs or restaurants in town! 🥂

You could also enjoy a trip to the theatre 🎭, visit one of the brilliant museums ✏️, catch a movie at the local cinema 🍿, and treat yourself to a delicious Afternoon Tea 🍰 🫖 at one of the amazing local hotels or cafes.

We had so much love for our “Friars Crag bench” post the other day and loved seeing all your photos, so we thought we’d share another of our favourite places to sit and soak up the views! 🥰

It’s less well known than the bench at Friars Crag, and a bit further to walk to from Keswick, but that means you can often have it all to yourself… and just look at that view! 🤩
