Salcombe Live Festival is back for the 7th year of live music and comedy, and we can’t wait 💃🕺🎶

30+ performances from South West artists across different venues in Salcombe from stand up comedy nights to gospel choirs and folk bands, the atmosphere is set to be buzzing across the whole town 🎷

Most performances across the towns pubs, bars and pop-up stages are free entry, and the costs made from the ticketed events go towards supporting the RNLI and local causes 👏🏻

September brings more quiet and a slower pace, and it is one of the loveliest months to visit the West Country, in our opinion!

Some like the bustling atmosphere of a summertime trip, but if you prefer things a little quieter and softer, with the chance to still make the most of the late-summer warmth, then September is your time to escape 😌

One of the best weekly markets in the South Hams absolutely has to be Totnes market!

Especially in the late summer, when the fresh fruit and vegetable stalls are brimming from the autumn harvest, homegrown herbs are flourishing, the choice of plants are all green and bushy and the whole atmosphere is just vibrant and buzzing 😍

You can easily stroll away hours and hours meandering around the different and unique stalls, from handmade jewellery and vintage clothes to one-of-a-kind treasures and freshly baked bread ~ there’s something for everyone!

🕰️ Open every Friday and Saturday 9-4
🅿️ We would recommend getting there early to secure a parking spot, there are quite a few car parks to choose from within a short walk of the market square
