Meet the Team - Vickie
Vickie is our Operations Assistant Manager across the businesses and helps Heather with everything to do with the scheduling of bag deliveries, vehicle maintenance and repairs and looking after our driving team.
When Vickie is not at work, she loves spending time by the sea with her family or cheering the children on at football and hockey!

Kate manages all of our group bookings and assists Hayley with the package holiday bookings.
If there’s a spreadsheet to tame, a last-minute change to handle, or a group adventure to keep running smoothly, Kate is the one making the magic happen behind the scenes.
When she is not juggling itineraries and logistics, you’ll probably find her at the side of a football field cheering on her boys or training and competing in the next 10k or half marathon!

Roberta sent us these pictures and a lovely message:
"Nigel and I completed our Coast to Coast journey and would like to thank you all for helping to make that happen. Our bag transfers were faultless and it was lovely of you to pop in and see us in Kirkby Stephen. We had an amazing time and met so many interesting people along the way."

Last week we had Rufus join us for his school work experience, we were able to show him all the different areas of our business to include sales, marketing, reservations, finance and operations. He enjoyed going out with our driving team moving bags and they appreciated the extra help.

Meet the team - Danny
Danny, the finance mastermind who keeps our suppliers paid and our books balanced!
He has only been with us for a short time, but he's already whipped our systems into shape, making life easier for everyone.
When he's not crunching numbers, Danny's spending time with his family (who recently conquered Nine Standards) or cheering on his home team, Crystal Palace.

Meet the Team - Heather
Heather is our Operations Manager and the master of juggling with all the schedules, driving team and fleet across both our brands to manage.
Our longest serving team member, she has been with the company for around 22 years and based at our Richmond office.
When she is not working, she loves exploring the Yorkshire Dales and spending time on the football sidelines or dance shows supporting her grandchildren.

We love seeing pictures from the past and this one is an eye opener!
Thank you to Tim for sharing this picture from his family adventure in Aug 1996, he was just a child at the time and coming back this year with his family.
We have made a few changes over the years - most notable is the colour scheme.
