Some of our recent guests have been to Peaceful Pools Wellbeing Farm for a Highland Cow experience. So we went today to see what it’s like.
I can thoroughly recommend the one on one experience with the highland cows.
The owners are super friendly and very knowledgeable.
I also got to feed 3 gorgeous 8 week old calves and talk to some cheeky goats 😁
Why not have a cow themed weekend in one of our Old Cow Sheds and book a Highland Cow experience at Peaceful Pools Wellbeing farm. ❤️🐮🐄

We’re feeling festive at Gaer Cottages. 🌲🎅🏼
We’ve put up 8 trees in the last 2 weeks! Our own tree at home remains bare as I can’t face anymore baubles!
Bookings board is looking busy for our first Christmas.
Lots of lovely guests in from all over the United Kingdom, and some lovely woofers too 🐕🐾

I was a little bit apprehensive of our first let in The Old Cow Sheds.
Although we have been lucky enough to get 5star reviews in our other cottages, The Old Cow Sheds are different, snug and cosy (yes that’s an artistic way of saying small ! ) a little bit industrial and definitely cow themed 😆
So we were absolutely thrilled to get our first review below.
