And whilst the awards are lovely recognition, what makes me most proud is being part of an incredible team of almost 200 people who call Designer Travel home.

It really is a team effort. Every day we pull together to give our clients the care, attention and personal service they deserve - and our partnership with Jet2 Holidays is a great example of that.

We book a huge amount of Jet2 Holidays, and yes, you might sometimes find the holiday a few pounds cheaper if you do all the work yourself online.

But what you’re getting when you book with us is a team behind your holiday. From checking passports and API requirements, helping with check-in, arranging those little extras and special touches, to liaising directly with our hotel contacts and making sure our clients are looked after as VIPs - and, importantly, being there on the phone if you need us.

⭐And here’s a real example…

One of my recent clients had a change to the hotel policy on a Jet2 Holidays booking, meaning guests would now be charged to use the indoor pool.

Rather than simply passing that information on, I went directly to my contacts at the hotel.

For my clients, I’ve managed to have those charges removed - saving them €80 every time they use the hotel indoor pool during their stay in November 🙌

That’s the bit you don’t necessarily see when you’re comparing an online DIY price.Because sometimes the cheapest price at the point of booking isn’t necessarily the cheapest option overall.
