Today while doing a bit of admin we came across a 4/5 star review for our location… and we have to admit, we were a little surprised so it got me thinking.… perhaps it’s not that our location isn’t great, but maybe some guests don’t quite realise where we are and what’s right on our doorstep before they arrive.
So, we thought we’d should share with you why we absolutely LOVE our location! ❤️
📍 We’re situated just outside the beautiful villages of Lundin Links and Lower Largo, with Upper Largo just along the road — all within roughly a 15-minute walk.
Yes, we are up a hill from Lower Largo… but that hill is part of what makes our location so special! And if you’re willing to walk up to the top of Largo Law, the views at the top are pretty spectacular. 🥾⛰️🌊
🌳 Walks are right on our doorstep
🌊 The coastline is around a 15-minute walk away
🏖️ Beautiful beaches and coastal paths are close by
🥾 Fantastic countryside walks and trails to explore
🧺 Farm shops and local produce are nearby
🛒 Supermarkets and everyday essentials are all within easy reach by car
🐚 And we’re perfectly placed for exploring the East Neuk of Fife and everything it has to offer.
From coastal walks and sandy beaches to little villages, local cafés, farm shops and those beautiful Fife views, there’s plenty to discover without having to travel far.
And yes… sometimes you might have to walk up a hill to get back to us! 😜 But honestly, that’s part of the charm.
We love that we’re surrounded by countryside, close to the coast, and have all these wonderful places to explore right on our doorstep. 🌿🌊
So perhaps our 4/5 location review has given us the perfect excuse to remind everyone just how lucky we think we are to be here. ❤️
