This is the service and care that EVERYONE receives when they book with me !! 😊

In 2025, our son moved to Perth in Australia so we were clearly keen to see him “Down Under”. In addition, New Zealand was top of our bucket list for countries to visit so it made sense to combine the two for the trip of a lifetime.

We approached Jayne as she came highly recomended by our friends who have had amazing holidays booked via her. From our first chat we felt comfortable and she was very helpful, providing various options around the dates we had specified. Her communication was excellent and we found the initial booking experience very smooth and cheaper than other quotes we had received for our trip.
When our plans were turned upside down by the Gulf War (our original flights to and from Australia were via Dubai), Jayne managed to secure us alternative flights at short notice and our trip was saved !

I was saddened to hear of the passing of Judith Chalmers last week — a true icon of British tv travel shows.

For so many people Judith brought the world into our living rooms through Wish You Were Here…?, inspiring generations to travel further, try something new and see just how much there is to discover.

Long before travel became instant and online, she helped people feel confident enough to explore the world for themselves — with warmth, curiosity and genuine enthusiasm.

Her influence on the travel industry, and on travellers themselves, is hard to overstate.

A remarkable woman who leaves behind an incredible legacy of travel inspiration. 🌍

Assistance travel was very good too. It felt rather special going to the front of the queue each time we boarded. The staff were very kind & efficient,both at St Pancras & Gare de Nord. Also the booked seats were near the luggage racks & the loos ! So thank you Jayne 😊
The Accommodation you booked us was very good. Big large clean rooms, comfortable bed and although we didn't cook there was all the facilities to do so. Great breakfast & helpful friendly staff especially at reception.
Reims is a beautiful special city and the Champagne tasting tours we booked were very special too.
