Liverpool John Lennon Airport has opened a new assisted travel reception as descibed by Natalie Mackay Ljla our travel colleague at the airport

𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐝! 👏🏻

Yesterday we officially opened our new Assisted Travel reception area alongside our service partner, ABM.

This improvement has been shaped by feedback from passengers, our Accessibility Forum and the teams who support people travelling through the airport every day.

The new area is part of our ongoing commitment to improving accessibility across the airport, and provides a dedicated space for passengers to meet our Assisted Travel team, discuss their individual requirements and feel supported from the moment they arrive.

I’m sure you will all agree this is a fantastic edition to the terminal.
