Dropping a Swedish choir off at not quite what I thought 😂

Got the job through and thought they said Swedish House choir…
I’m thinking this is gonna be interesting 😅

Turns out… actual choir.
No DJ decks. No lasers. Just pure voices and a proper sound echoing around the stunning Sefton Park Palm House.

And to be fair… it was amazing to hear 👏👏

That’s Liverpool all over though one minute you think it’s going one way, next minute it surprises you in the best way possible.

Fuel prices are through the roof right now… and that cost has to be covered somewhere.

That’s why our prices have changed from last year —we’d love to keep them the same, but it’s just not possible to honour last year’s rate, so please don’t complain when asking for a price quote for transport 🚌

How do you show thirty Japanese students the real Liverpool in one day?

You start them at the Pier Head Liver Building, Beatles statues, the whole waterfront then take them to Chinatown (did you know Liverpool has the oldest Chinese community in Europe?), swing past Everton Park for the panorama, then finish at Anfield.

One of the things that hits people hardest when they visit Liverpool especially if they've come from abroad is standing under the Shankly Gates at Anfield.

I've taken groups from Japan, Australia, the USA, all over Europe. Doesn't matter where you're from. Those gates YOU'LL NEVER WALK ALONE they get you every time.

We've taken student groups, corporate teams, families doing a city tour, LFC supporters on a pilgimage from the other side of the world. Everyone gets the same thing: a proper Liverpudlian showing you the city the way it deserves to be shown.

This is what a Saturday afternoon in Liverpool actually looks like when you stop following the tourist maps.

Four proper breweries. Twelve craft beers. The head brewer at Azvex talking you through a double dry-hopped IPA while you're standing three feet from the tank it fermented in.

And yes, there's a smash burger at the end.
