What a weekend we’ve had exploring the South-West of England on our Bath, Stonehenge and Cotswolds 2-day trip!

Here’s some pics from day 1 in the city of Bath - watch out for day 2 pics coming soon!

We took a wonderful group of Daytrippers to Bath for stunning views over the city followed by a walking tour of the famous sites and filming locations (lots of Bridgerton!). After a night in the hostel we had a fun second day visiting Stonehenge and Bourton-on-the-Water in the Cotswolds 🤩

Thanks to everyone who came along and to our guides Hannah and Melissa! Good times! We hope you all had a great experience 🫶🏼

We’ve been out and about in nature’s playground today on a glorious day trip to Anglesey and Snowdonia! We explored the stunning scenery of Snowdonia National Park, Beaumaris and the longest place name in Europe: Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch!

We are deeply saddened by the loss of our dear friend and weekly driver, Steve, who passed away this weekend. Steve brought so much kindness and reliability to our team over the years.

Steve had a wonderful warm welcome and made all our guides and guests feel safe and comfortable. He did a lot of research into the journeys and made sure he knew the best services and routes. He was there from the beginning, through Covid and came along to our team socials! He will always be a part of the Daytripper family and very much missed.

Only thing left to to say is ‘Ste-eve, Ste-eve, Ste-eve!’ 🙌🙌🙌

Thanks to all the students for joining our tour today - we had a lovely afternoon exploring and learning about the village of Port Sunlight!

The village was founded by ‘Soap King’ William Hesketh Lever in 1888 and built to house Lever’s ‘Sunlight Soap’ factory workers. Today it is home to beautiful architecture, a world-class art gallery and stunning parkland. It has even been used in scenes from the popular TV series ‘Peaky Blinders’.
