On the east coast of Lefkas, Nidri is a great place to experience the island’s livelier side, with a beautiful waterfront, plenty of tavernas and cafés, and easy access to the sea.

The sheltered bay looks out towards Meganissi and Skorpios, with green mountains providing a dramatic backdrop. During the day, the harbour is a starting point for boat trips and exploring the nearby islands and coves, while the long shingle beach offers opportunities for watersports and swimming.

Come evening, Nidri takes on a different atmosphere. The waterfront fills with people enjoying dinner, drinks and the warm Greek evenings, while boats continue to drift in and out of the harbour. 🍷⚓
