We’re pleased to welcome Andy Bolding to VSI as our new Chief Product and Technology Officer.

Andy joined us on Monday 12 October, stepping into a newly created role that reflects our growing focus on product development, AI-enabled solutions and technology that directly supports our commercial proposition.

After 12 years at Paramount, Andy brings a strong understanding of product strategy, media supply workflows, and AI and agentic workflows. He will lead VSI’s product and technology strategy as we enter the next phase of our growth.

We're delighted to announce that Esther Calatayud has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer.

Esther brings more than 20 years of experience in the media and entertainment industry. Since joining VSI in 2018, she has held several senior leadership positions across the business, including leading our Global Client Operations, Global Technical Services and Media Services teams. More recently, she has played a pivotal role in the rollout of centralised technology and workflow solutions across VSI's global studio network.

In her new role, Esther will oversee VSI's global operations, with a focus on driving greater integration across the Group, enhancing operational efficiency and accelerating the adoption of technology-enabled and AI-powered workflows.
