Located on Broad Street in the heart of Lyme Regis, RoofTops is a spacious three-bedroom apartment arranged over two floors, making it an ideal base for couples, families and friends.

The apartment is just a one-minute walk from the seafront and Marine Parade, putting Lyme Regis’s beach, shops, restaurants and attractions right on your doorstep.

The main living floor features a comfortable lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and family bathroom. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: a main bedroom with an en-suite shower room and lovely views across the rooftops towards the sea and the iconic Cobb, plus two twin bedrooms.

RoofTops is also dog friendly, welcoming up to two dogs, so your four-legged companions can enjoy a seaside break too.

For added convenience, the owners provide a parking permit for a local car park.

We’ve enjoyed a stunning few weeks of summer weather in Seaton, with plenty of sunshine and warm, dry days. The beautiful countryside around the Axe Valley is certainly showing the effects, though, with the fields either side of the River Axe looking parched after such a prolonged spell without significant rainfall.
