Whilst the atmosphere of the office may seem bubbly, we promise we don’t just monkey around.

At Everbuds Travel, we pride ourselves on learning, understanding and providing the most recent knowledge and updates within the travel and tourism sector. To do so, our employees often venture out of the office, meeting a vast array of the suppliers we use to educate ourselves on these updates.

This past week, our Business Development Manager Shane has had the pleasure of joining the easyJet holidays team in Tunisia and the Aviate team at their annual partner event at Chester Zoo.

If you have 10 minutes spare, why not pop into the shop and have a chat with the team regarding this updates or listen to Shane’s stories about Tunisia.

The kettle is always warm and the biscuit cupboard is always stocked. We look forward to seeing any of you who want to pop in.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a part time administrator within the Everbuds Travel family, where you will play an important role in providing administrative support at our shop in Shepton Mallet High Street.

Hours: Monday, Wednesday and Friday
9.30 - 14.30

Role:
- Preparing and sending tickets
- Adding passport information on our airline portals
- Calling suppliers with any administration queries
- Chasing payment balances
- Diary management
- Daily social media updates
- Ordering of brochures/ other stock
- Inputting data onto our in-house systems
- Answering phones
- Creating spreadsheets
- Management of staff annual leave calendar
- Taking payments
- Monitor supplier statements
- Create newsletters
- Managing general administrative tasks for the branch

Essential:
- To provide exceptional customer service
- Punctual
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent telephone manner
- Knowledge with Microsoft Office
- Enthusiasm and passion
- Organised and meticulous with a high level of attention to detail
- Have great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work weekends when required.

Finally, the time has come and the promotions are here.

Who would like to win up to £100 off a future Everbuds Travel holiday? Well nows your chance. Throughout February, we are running two promotions giving you up to FOUR, that's right, FOUR chances at winning some money off a future Everbuds Travel holiday. All you need to do is one of the following two things:

- Send Everbuds Travel a postcard from a holiday you booked with one of our travel consultants
- Book a holiday with Everbuds Travel during the month of February

Now, I bet you're thinking 'surely, it can't be that simple?' But it is.

The first competition will run from February until June and all you have to do is send us a postcard of a trip you've booked with Everbuds Travel with a small message on the back. These postcards will be hung proudly in the head office in Shepton Mallet and a local school / charity will be asked to pick three of the funkiest postcards. Third place will win £25 off a future trip, second place will win £50 off and first place will win £75 off a future trip.

The second competition we will be running is simply, book a trip of £500 or more through Everbuds Travel in February. On the 1st March, all lead passengers of trips booked in February will be entered into a draw and one lucky winner will be picked at random and will receive a £100 off a future trip with Everbuds Travel. It's as simple as that.

Here comes the boring but important part, the important terms and conditions. To be able to enter the second draw and receive any prizes, you must follow the following rules:

- Be at least 18 years old
- Purchase a trip of £500 or more within February
- Be able to use the rewards within one year on a trip which includes accommodation
- Be the lead passenger of the booking made
- Other T&C's apply
