A bangin' day out on last week's Friday with The Forward Trust and colskentbiketours. 🚲☀️

We stopped off at the brilliantly stocked bookshop and café in Broadstairs, tackled some off-road skills and confidence-building off-road riding, enjoyed lunch at Ramsgate Harbour, and a refreshing sea swim.

Another fantastic day of cycling, connection, wellbeing, and recovery. 💙

As part of Cycling UK , this friendly and inclusive ride is designed to bring people together through cycling, improving physical health, mental wellbeing, confidence, and social connection.

We'll ride at a relaxed pace on mainly traffic-free paths and quiet roads, with plenty of opportunities to chat and enjoy the surroundings.
