Join me in Kent on 6-8th November for our next Fast Track Fitness Pilates Retreat.

This weekend is for everyone whether you have practised Pilates before or not. Our teachers Martin and Vanessa will lead you through each session and whether you are new or want to delve deeper into your practice we hope you will get a lot out of this weekend.

Come alone or bring a friend, with only 12 participants this is a great opportunity to meet new people and make new friends.

There will be plenty of time to rest and relax, enjoy the sauna or take a dip in the outdoor pool. Alternatively cosy up in front of a wood burner with a good book.

We will be fed healthy, nutritious food by our chef Nafia, always dessert and cake on offer!

Pricing is per room rather than per person so the retreat is accessible for all. Enjoy a room all for yourself or share with old friends or new. All rooms are en-suite.

Did you know we have our own amazing local ice cream? New Forest Ice cream is amazing!

We love mint choc chip and oriental ginger ( not together!). It is sold at numerous places locally including our lovely ice cream lady at Keyhaven.

Our cottage in the heart of this lovely village is just ten minutes walk from the beach and a hop and a skip from the cafes and shops and pubs surrounding the village green.

Milford is such a lovely village with plenty of walks straight from the door. Alternatively head into Lymington, along the coast to Bournemouth or into the Forest.

Both of our cottages have adder kits in them, you can take them out on your walk with you but make sure to return them when you leave!

Hurst Castle has an amazing history and huge steps are being taken to protect it from the elements.

Do go along when you are staying with us, walk the two miles along the spit or get the ferry from Keyhaven and see the work that has already been done to protect this castle which was built in the time of Henry 8th and used again by the Victorians and then again in the Second World War.

See the old railway tracks used for transporting ammunition and the garrison theatre.

The cafe has lovely cakes as well!
